110kV oil-immersed transformer is a high performance transformer, which is designed to integrate a variety of cooling methods such as oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air cooling and forced oil circulation, and uses oil as the main insulation medium.
The core components of transformer include iron core, winding, radiator and so on. The cooling is realized through the flow of oil, which can effectively reduce the operating temperature and ensure the stable operation of the transformer. The oil-immersed transformer is more reasonable in structure and better in performance, is suitable for urban and rural power grid transformation and power distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, and can also be used for combined transformers and prefabricated transformer scenes.
Under the specified cooling conditions, the operating temperature of the oil-immersed transformer shall meet the following requirements: the maximum temperature of the top oil shall not exceed
90 ℃ to prevent aging of transformer insulation. In order to further improve the performance, the three-dimensional rolled iron core adopts the three-dimensional arrangement design of equilateral triangle, so that the magnetic circuit has no air gap, the length of the magnetic circuit is consistent and the shortest, and the sectional area of the iron core column is closer to the circle, thus reducing the loss and noise, and reducing the third harmonic component.
In addition, the voltage regulating switch of the oil-immersed transformer is located inside the oil tank, and the contact of the switch cannot be directly observed during voltage regulation, so the contact may be burned when the load is too large. Therefore, the correct use and maintenance is very important to ensure the long-term stable operation of oil-immersed transformer.
